Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to recurring subscriptions and other purchase options offered by asgILLUSTRATION, including The Sundry Art Post.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal is processed.

Canceling your subscription prevents future subscription renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged, processed, prepared, or mailed for the current subscription cycle.

If a renewal has already been processed, that month's edition may still be fulfilled.

How to Cancel

Subscriptions may be managed through the Manage Subscription link available on our website or through the subscription management link provided with your subscription.

Please include the name and email address associated with your subscription.

Current Subscription Orders

Canceling a subscription applies to future subscription cycles.

An order that has already been processed for the current cycle remains subject to our Refund & Return Policy and cannot necessarily be canceled simply because the recurring subscription has been canceled.

Missed Cancellation Deadlines

Customers are responsible for canceling before their next scheduled renewal if they do not want the following subscription edition.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or refund of a subscription order after the renewal has already been processed.

Changes to Your Subscription

Where supported by our subscription platform, you may manage eligible subscription settings through the Manage Subscription portal.

Available options may vary depending on your subscription and the features currently supported by our subscription provider.

Refunds

Subscription payments and orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for an order that has already been processed.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
